Grandma's Pizza Dough
- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 2 cups warm water(105)
- 5-6 cups flour
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive or veg. oil
- Soften yeast in warm water
- Add 4 cups flour, salt, oil and mix well
- Add enough additional flour to make soft dough
- Knead until smooth, let rise in greased bowl x 30-45 minutes until doubled in size
- Punch down, pat into 2 greased pizza pans
- Add desired toppings
- Bake at 400 x 20-30 min.
